The world in which the law is applied has changed fundamentally in recent years, and yet most firms still work exactly as they did twenty years ago, which means manually, by the hour and at a high rate for work that technology today handles faster, more accurately and without fatigue.
We therefore decided to take a different route and automated the recurring legal work, meaning the kind that differs from case to case only in the data and in a handful of provisions. You provide the data, the system assembles the complete documentation from it and a lawyer reviews and approves it, so the result is the same as with manual processing, while the time and the cost are not.

Need to amend a hundred employment relationships at once? At Klauzo it will not take weeks, and we will not burden you with dozens of billable hours either.

As part of the service we prepare a form with the required data, tailored to your particular standard-form contract, to which we attach the output provisions that change, adapt and expand according to each individual case. There is therefore no need to draft every contract separately or to edit templates by hand, it is enough to fill in the inputs.
And again, you do not pay for hours unworthy of modern efficiency, but for the finished document in the form of a fixed fee.

A service aimed above all at accountants who, alongside their accounting work, also arrange the approval of the ordinary financial statements for their clients.
Approving the financial statements is work that recurs every year for every single company in your portfolio, and for each of them it means the same thing, namely identifying the company and its shareholders, determining who takes part in the general meeting and choosing the correct form in which the decision is adopted.
